Access to the DRS Dashboard and usage of our proprietary assets are strictly conditional upon your acceptance of these terms. Usage of any "DRS" licensed software constitutes a legal signature of agreement. While DRS pings users upon Terms of Use updates, you are recommended to check this page periodically; DRS is not liable for oversights regarding updated policies.
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital software and license delivery, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in documented cases of total product failure, solely at our discretion.
Violation of DRS Discord server rules may result in a ban. You accept that a banned status prevents you from receiving future product updates until the ban is revoked.
Reselling or redistributing DRS products in any capacity is strictly prohibited. This applies to both paid and free products. Violations result in an instant blacklist and permanent ban from all services.
Users are not permitted to utilize leaked or resold assets owned by DRS. We hold the right to take any action deemed necessary, including immediate license removal and blacklisting, if such assets are found in your possession or projects.
You are permitted to modify POS models and UI. However, DRS is not obligated to provide technical support for any modified terminals or files.
You may remove DRS branding from Point of Sale (POS) systems; however, you must credit the game source in the description (e.g., "Original technology by DRS" or attribution when changing branding to entities like NCR).
We reserve the full right to remove your licenses if your use of DRS products negatively affects our company, our community, or our professional reputation.
We collect and store specific data points to facilitate license delivery, prevent fraud, and manage community access.
