This Privacy Policy explains how Direct Retail Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), operating out of the State of Minnesota, United States, collects, protects, and uses your information. We want to be completely transparent about what data we need to run our services, how we keep it safe, and the choices you have under privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.

1. The Information We Collect

To give you access to your account dashboard, deliver your product licenses securely, and stop people from leaking or stealing our assets, we look at a few basic pieces of information:

Roblox Account Info

  • • Who you are: Your Roblox User ID, Username, and Display Name.
  • • Your purchases: Internal purchase receipts, transaction history, and payment details.
  • • Dashboard visuals: Your public Roblox avatar image to personalize your dashboard layout.
  • • Product safety: The specific game/place IDs using our licensed tech to make sure your terminal keys are valid.

Discord Account Info

  • • Account links: Your unique Discord ID, global username, and the basic permissions you grant when linking your account.
  • • Server roles: Your roles in our Discord server, which we check to grant you access to customer-only channels and updates.
  • • Bot logs: Simple logs of how you interact with our Discord bots to make sure our automated commands are working.

Website & Browser Info

  • • Connection details: Your IP address and general geographic area (like your city or country).
  • • Device details: Your web browser, operating system, and screen size.
  • • Activity logs: When you visited, what pages you clicked on, and how long you stayed to help us fix broken pages.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

We work with two major services to keep our site fast, secure, and easy to use:

2.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to learn how people use our site and dashboard. It saves small files called "cookies" on your computer to track anonymous details like which buttons are clicked the most. This helps us make the site easier to navigate. Google stores this data on its own servers, but we never send them your personal account passwords or keys.

If you don't want your visits tracked, you can block cookies in your browser settings or use an official Google Analytics block extension.

2.2 Cloudflare Security & Speed

To protect our servers from hackers, stop malicious bots, and speed up page loading times across the world, all of our web traffic goes through Cloudflare.

Cloudflare automatically looks at your connection information (like your IP address and site requests) to figure out if you are a real user or a malicious computer program trying to crash our site. This check is strictly required to keep our services online and secure for everyone.

3. Why We Are Allowed to Process Your Data

Under privacy laws, we only collect your information for two specific reasons:

  • To Fulfill Our Contract: We need your Roblox ID, Discord ID, and purchase history to actually deliver the products you buy, handle automatic updates, and let you log into your account dashboard.
  • To Protect Our Community: We have a valid business interest in stopping people from exploiting our systems, stealing code, or illegally reselling our assets.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We only keep information for as long as it's truly useful:

  • Licensing & Account Info: Your purchase history, linked accounts, and product keys are kept indefinitely so you don't lose access to the products you bought.
  • Temporary System Logs: General web metrics, website errors, and security firewall flags are automatically deleted completely every ninety (90) days.

5. Who We Share Data With

We will **never** sell, trade, or give away your personal account information to advertisers or random third parties. Your information is only processed by our main infrastructure partners who help run our services—like our cloud hosting company, database providers, payment processing networks, Google LLC (for analytics), and Cloudflare, Inc. (for network security). All of these companies are legally required to keep your data safe and are forbidden from using it for anything else.

6. Children's Privacy

Our website and dashboard are not meant for children under 13 years old. Because we sync directly with Roblox API systems, if we ever discover that a child under 13 has accidentally linked their personal data without parental consent, we will instantly delete that personal record from our files while keeping anonymous sales totals accurate for accounting.

7. Your Choices & Data Rights

Depending on where you live, you have the legal right to request a full report showing all the personal information we have stored about you, or ask us to completely wipe it out.

Because we handle paid commercial asset licenses, **all requests must be submitted via email to legal@directretailsolutions.com** and you **must provide clear proof that you own the Roblox account** in question before we can modify our databases.

Accepted Ways to Prove Account Ownership:

  • • Method A: Attach an unedited screenshot of your Roblox settings page displaying your account details while simultaneously logged into our dashboard.
  • • Method B: Provide the exact third-party order receipts or transaction transaction IDs generated during your initial license purchase.
  • • Method C: Temporarily update your public Roblox profile status text or description field to a unique short code we provide you via email.

Important Warning: Choosing to permanently delete your data means we have to wipe your account file completely. This will instantly delete your product licenses, files, and server permissions, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
