By purchasing, owning, or using our products, you agree to the following terms:
1) You are strictly prohibited from possessing, using, or distributing any leaked, cracked, or unauthorized assets owned by DRS. Violations will result in immediate license termination and blacklisting.
2) Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our products in any way is strictly prohibited. This applies to both paid products and free community releases.
3) DRS reserves the right to revoke licenses and deny service to any user who breaches these Terms of Service, attempts to reverse-engineer our software, or misuses our intellectual property.
4) You are permitted to modify our product models and UI to fit your needs. However, DRS is not obligated to provide customer support or troubleshooting for modified terminals.
5) You may remove DRS branding from in-game models, provided that DRS remains appropriately credited in your game's description or credits panel.
6) Access to our Discord server and support channels is a privilege, not a right. Violating server rules may result in a ban, which includes the forfeiture of support and download access for the duration of the ban.
7) All permanent license transfers to other users are final and irreversible. Please utilize our license lending feature if you wish to temporarily share access.
8) Due to the digital nature of our software, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted in verified cases of total, unresolvable product failure, solely at the discretion of DRS. Initiating an unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback will result in the immediate revocation of all product licenses and a permanent blacklist.
Note: While all customers are notified of updates via our discord server, we recommend reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of DRS products constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

Reselling or redistributing DRS products in any capacity is strictly prohibited. This applies to both paid and free products. Violations result in an instant blacklist and permanent ban from all services.
Users are not permitted to utilize leaked or resold assets owned by DRS. We hold the right to take any action deemed necessary, including immediate license removal and blacklisting, if such assets are found in your possession or projects.
You are permitted to modify POS models and UI. However, DRS is not obligated to provide technical support for any modified terminals or files.
You may remove DRS branding from Point of Sale (POS) systems; however, you must credit the game source in the description (e.g., "Original technology by DRS" or attribution when changing branding to entities like NCR).
We reserve the full right to remove your licenses if your use of DRS products negatively affects our company, our community, or our professional reputation.
We collect and store specific data points to facilitate license delivery, prevent fraud, and manage community access.
Exercise your rights under global data protection laws (GDPR/CCPA). To submit Data Subject Access Requests (SAR), deletion requests (Right to be Forgotten), or other privacy-related requests, please complete the following form: Data Privacy Request Form. We will only accept data privacy requests submitted via this form.
Legal Notice: Processing a data deletion request necessitates the immediate termination of all product licenses and community access.
